FAMILY-BASED PERMANENT VISAS

Family-Based Permanent Visas are available to individuals either on an immediate basis or after a waiting period, depending on the proximity of the foreign national's familial relationship with the U.S. citizen or permanent resident sponsor, and the country of nationality.

Categories that may be sponsored:

• Immediate relatives of U.S. Citizens (spouse, parent, minor child(ren))
  
  
• Unmarried sons and daughters (over age 21) of U.S. Citizens
  
  
• Spouses and children of Permanent Residents
  
  
• Unmarried adult sons and daughters of Permanent Residents
  
  
• Married sons and daughters of Citizents and their families
  
  
• Brothers and sisters of adult Citizens
