Attorney Chapman to Participate in Latino Health Symposium

GREENSBORO— Gerard M. Chapman will present a program on Friday, November 13, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. to the 6th Annual Latino Health Symposium sponsored by the Greensboro Area Health Education Center. The topic is “Immigration Law Update” and will cover current immigration law and possible areas of reform that Congress may address either this year or in 2010. Attendees will include educators as well as health and human services professionals who serve Latino Families.

Mr. Chapman is the principal of Chapman Law Firm in Greensboro, and has been active in many national and state committees of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1987. He is a board-certified immigration law specialist, a Trustee Emeritus of the American Immigration Law Foundation and past Chair of its Immigration Policy Center. Mr. Chapman is included in the 2007, 2008 and 2009 editions of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Immigration Law.
