Chapman and Hall Speak to Human Resource Professionals
GREENSBORO— On January 9, 2008, attorneys Gerard Chapman and Gema Hall
presented a legal briefing in Asheboro, North Carolina sponsored by the HRG
Academy. They spoke on the need for employers to do an Internal I-9 Audit in
response to the efforts of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to identify
and locate undocumented workers through a heightened employer compliance program
now in place.
Mr. Chapman is a NC State Bar board certified Immigration Law Specialist, a designation he has held since 1997. His practice includes virtually all kinds of immigration cases.
