TEMPORARY 'NONIMMIGRANT' VISAS

Temporary Visas allow you to enter the United States for certain limited periods of time (from six (6) months to seven (7) years) and sometimes indefinitely based on the type of nonimmigrant visa for which you or your company qualifies. The nonimmigrant visa categories range from the "A Visa" for Diplomats to the new "V Visa" for spouses and minor children of U.S. permanent residents, and the new E-3 visa for Australians.
