On Friday, October 2, 2020, Mr. Chapman leads a panel discussion regarding EB-1A, EB-2 and National Interest Waiver (NIW), employment based green card cases. The discussion is part of the 2020 AILA Virtual Conference on Athletics, Entertainment, and Science. During this panel, Mr. Chapman will serve as the discussion leader, and he also will give the presentation on NIW cases. Mr. Chapman served as counsel for Dr. Mookesh Dhanasar in the 2016 precedent decision of the same name, Matter of Dhanasar, 26 I&N Dec. 884 (BIA 2016), in which the AAO established a new 3-part standard for adjudicating NIW applications.
